Train Your Mind was born out of the wellness journey of two sisters over a decade ago. With a deep passion for physical training, nutrition, and healthy habits, our journey led us to become fitness consultants.
Both sisters graduated with bachelors degree in Psychology to work our family Behavioral Health business of over 20 plus years warranting our passion for overall wellness.
During a consulting project with IBM, we stumbled upon the world of mental wellness and discovered groundbreaking ways to help individuals transform their lives.
Although it wasn't yet a popular trend, we knew we found something truly remarkable—an innovative way to enhance well-being by introducing a new way to lose weight and gain vital nutrients.
